Pakmen Volleyball’s flagship house league programs are back again this fall! Catering to children of all ages, the club offers various programs for all skill levels. For newcomers, Pakmen Volleyball is proud to offer its Spike’s program for the 9th consecutive year.
Spikes is a program designed to introduce children to the sport of volleyball. Boys and girls from the ages of 6 to 13 are invited to take part and learn the basics of the sport. Sessions are held on a weekly basis in this 10-week program. Players will be taught the fundamentals of volleyball including how to bump, volley, spike, and serve.
This is an introductory program for players looking to build a foundation in the sport. Players often move on to the more advanced programs that Pakmen offers once Spikes is completed.
Pakmen Volleyball is Canada’s largest and most diverse youth volleyball club. Based out of Mississauga, the club is affiliated with the Ontario Volleyball Association. The club was won over 10 national championships and is consistently recognized as Canada’s finest.
